Individual Health and Fitness Assessment

Highly recommended not compulsory

I have devised an individual health and fitness assessment which I would highly recommend you do before the course starts. This is to establish clear goals and objectives and makes a big difference when monitoring improvement. F2U has learnt that progress is made, when progress is measured. It would then be up to you to re-book a second assessment again at the end of the course or at a time that fits in with your future plans.

This includes:

  • Health and medical questionnaire
  • Health and fitness objectives and goal setting discussion
  • Body composition analysis (Body fat testing)
  • Cardiorespiratory fitness test
  • Lung function test
  • Blood pressure
  • Establish resting and working heart rate percentages
  • Before and after photographs (optional)
  • Girth measurements
