Regain control of your body and life!

FAQs

Can I come along with a low level of fitness?

Yes, yes, yes. We have set these courses up to accommodate all levels of fitness, so whatever shape, size, or age you are come and give it a go.

Is it better then the gym?

Yes. You are kept motivated for 60 minutes. What this means is that you actually work all the time. Because every workout is different you are also hitting all areas of your body, this provides superior all round fitness and leads to faster results.

Does the camp have a military theme?

No. We encourage hard work and design the sessions to be challenging and fun. Remember on days you do feel more energized try and give some more effort!

What sort of exercises will I be doing?

Our aim is to include as much variety into the sessions still providing enough repetition and intensity to produce the results we all want.

Will we be using other equipment?

Yes, there are some great fitness tools we will be using that will help give variety, enjoyment and results. Come and experience TRX suspension training, fitballs, kettle balls, resistance bands, bosu's, rowing, interval training, assault course work and much much more.

What do I need to bring, wear, etc?

Firstly and most importantly remember a bottle of water and enough extra warm clothing for before and after the sessions. Make sure your exercise kit is comfortable and gives enough freedom of movement. Be honest if your running shoes are too old and worn, treat yourself to a new pair.

Are there any toilets or showers?

Not on site.

How long are the sessions?

The sessions run from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Please make sure you arrive ready to start on time good and ready for the warm up.

What happens if I don't show up or I miss a session?

There are no refunds for missed sessions.

Do I need to complete the fitness forms before I start the course?

Yes. If you have any queries about the forms then let me know prior to the session.

Testimonials

"A sensible mixture of cardiovascular fitness and musculoskeletal strength and flexibility can protect us against many of the rigours of life. Common conditions such as osteoarthritis, sports injuries and more complex joint and muscle problems can all be alleviated by such a regime. I strongly endorse regular fitness training, especially when it is supervised by a company such as F2U Boot camp who will push towards greater fitness whilst ensuring adequate tendon, joint and muscle protection".
