Food is an essential part of the success on your ten week boot camp journey.

To experience healthy positive changes we need to learn how to use food correctly, creating the best habits to keep the body strong to burn up the body fat!

What do you think your body uses to re-create itself? Where does it get the raw materials to construct new skin cells, brain cells, muscle cells, bone cells, new blood and even a new heart? If you guessed FOOD, well done!

So many people are frustrated about nutrition usually because they feel bombarded with information. They suffer paralysis from analysis. They get so bogged down with the small topics of nutrition that they fail to see the big picture.

The good news is that it's not complicated or unrealistic to discover the correct methods of feeding your body. With the F2U eating plan you will understand why and how.

The hardest step with the eating plan is the initial change. You can feel an addiction to all your old eating habits. Committing to change is the biggest and toughest initial step to take. Don't kid yourself, even if you're a regular exerciser. When that roll of fat around your middle is getting you down and not disappearing, correct eating is the key to getting the changes in body shape that you desire.
